The minimum RRP value of the item you will recieve will be at least $20AUD . Sometimes we will select products that are worth significantly more, but might come without a box or standard retail packaging.

Note: As it's a mystery item, we cannot guarantee your satisfaction or prevent duplicates. To minimize duplicates, you may mention in the order notes if you already have a specific puzzle type and we will do our best to select something unique.

All orders placed before 9AM ACDT (Adelaide) time are usually picked, packed and dispatched on the same business day.

Every order is shipped with tracking and insurance. The majority of Australian customers will receive their order within 3 business days with international customers receiving their parcels in an average of 8 business days.
