Our expert technicians will meticulously lubricate your selected puzzle to ensure smooth and fast turning right out of the box. We understand that each puzzle is unique, and our team will tailor the lubricants used to achieve optimal results based on the puzzle you order.

Please note that this lube service applies to a single puzzle in your order. If you wish to have multiple puzzles lubricated, please adjust the quantity of this add-on accordingly. To specify the puzzle you'd like to be set up, kindly include the desired puzzle name in the order notes. If no specific puzzle is mentioned, we will prioritize the most expensive puzzle in your order.

It's important to note that the lubricated puzzle will require a break-in period to evenly distribute the lubricant. We recommend performing approximately 50 solves to properly prepare the puzzle for maximum performance. All orders placed before 9AM ACDT (Adelaide) time are usually picked, packed and dispatched on the same business day.
