YongJun (YJ) MGC 3 Elite M 3x3 55.5mm Speed Cube Puzzle

This is an excellent cube at this price point. Fast yet controllable. Great fun to use. Highly recommend.

For this price you get adjustable magnets, spring elasticity adjustments and of course spring tensions. I set it up to my likings and it is not needed lube just yet. (Elasticity on 2 all sides, magnet strength strong. Tightened half a turn.) If I am being honest out of the box it felt like I was turning cardboard but with this set up it feels like a smooth and stable cube a little more because this cube was already really stable out of the box. Turning is amazing, magnets are strong but you might not agree with me on that one but I like it. Overall I am really happy with this purchase and it is way better than my old budget Moyu Meilong Magic Cube.

This cube is perfect for cubers averaging between 15 seconds, to 25/30 seconds, as it really helped me progress further in 3x3 solving. Magnets are strong and can be adjusted very easily. The tensioning system in my opinion can/should be implemented in other cubes, as it is quick and easy, and can be adjusted without any tool. In my opinion, lube is NOT needed straightaway, as the factory/default lube is enough for the first maybe 300-500 solves. But after that, it might be useful, as it could get a bit scratchy
