Shipping Policy

Dailypuzzles ships worldwide from our warehouse with Tracked Shipping. Every order gets a tracking number by email once it’s dispatched.

Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Where we ship and delivery times
Estimated delivery after dispatch:

• Australia: 7–12 business days
• New Zealand: 6–10 business days
• United States (48 mainland states and Washington DC): 7–12 business days
• Canada: 10–15 business days
• Singapore: 3–7 business days
• Malaysia: 4–7 business days
• United Arab Emirates: 5–9 business days
• Japan: 6–10 business days
• Philippines: 6–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during peak seasons, public holidays, customs checks or bad weather. Regional and remote areas may take a few extra days.

We currently can’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes or military (APO/FPO) addresses.

Shipping rates
Free shipping: orders over A$100 (NZ$125) to Australia and New Zealand ship free until 31 December 2026. It’s applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.

Otherwise, shipping is charged by parcel weight and shown in your local currency at checkout:

• Australia: AUD 10.95 (up to 0.5 kg), 17.95 (up to 1 kg), 28.95 (up to 2 kg), 40.95 (up to 3 kg), 67.95 (up to 5 kg)
• New Zealand: NZD 18.95 / 28.95 / 53.95 / 75.95 / 119.95
• United States: USD 14.99 / 25.99 / 47.99 / 70.99 / 116.99
• Canada: CAD 16.95 / 26.95 / 47.95 / 64.95 / 104.95

Customs, duties and taxes

• United States, Canada and United Arab Emirates: import duties and taxes are prepaid by us. You won’t pay anything extra on delivery.
• Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Malaysia: most orders fall under the local tax-free limit, so no extra charges apply.
• Japan and the Philippines: orders under the local tax-free limit have no extra charges. Larger orders may be split into more than one parcel.
• In the rare case that customs charges a fee, the recipient is responsible for it.

Address and delivery
Please check that your shipping address and phone number are complete and correct, including unit or apartment number. We aren’t responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address. If a parcel is returned to us because of an address error or a missed delivery, re-delivery costs will be charged.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 10 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us at help@dailypuzzles.com.au with your order number (and photos if damaged). We’ll investigate with the courier and send a replacement or refund where appropriate.
