Welcome to Dailypuzzles (dailypuzzles.com.au). This website is operated by Mofunland Pte Ltd, Singapore (“Dailypuzzles”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms.

1. Who can order
You must be 18 or over to place an order, or have a parent or guardian place it for you. You agree to give us accurate, current and complete contact and payment details.

2. Products and pricing

• We sell speedcubes, puzzles and accessories. Product colours may look slightly different on screen.
• Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout and include any applicable Singapore taxes. Import duties and taxes are covered as described in our Shipping Policy.
• We may change prices, products and promotions at any time without notice. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.
• If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price or is out of stock after you order, we’ll contact you and offer a replacement, a wait, or a full refund.

3. Orders and payment

• An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, reselling, or an error.
• Payment is taken in full at checkout through Shopify Payments or PayPal. We don’t see or store your card details.
• Discount codes can’t be combined unless we say so, and we may end a promotion at any time.

4. Shipping
Delivery times, shipping rates, customs and lost-parcel procedures are set out in our Shipping Policy: https://dailypuzzles.com.au/policies/shipping-policy. Please check your address carefully; we aren’t responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address.

5. Exchanges, returns and refunds
Our 7-day exchange and our handling of faulty or damaged items are set out in our Refund Policy: https://dailypuzzles.com.au/policies/refund-policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that apply to you.

6. Accounts and rewards
You’re responsible for keeping your account login secure. Reward points and referral credits have no cash value, can’t be transferred, and may be changed or ended by us at any time.

7. Website content and intellectual property
All content on this site (text, images, logos, videos) belongs to Dailypuzzles or our suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Brand names such as GAN, MoYu and QiYi belong to their owners. You may not copy, scrape or reuse our content without written permission.

8. Reviews and user content
If you post a review or comment, you give us permission to show it on our site and marketing. We may remove content that is offensive, false or unlawful.

9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including by uploading malicious code, attempting unauthorised access, placing fraudulent orders, or using automated tools to scrape the site.

10. Third-party links and apps
Our site may link to other sites (for example YouTube or social media) that we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices.

11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as lost profits) arising from your use of the site or products. Where liability can’t be excluded, it’s limited to the price you paid for the product. Nothing here excludes liability that can’t be excluded by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. If you’re a consumer in Australia or another country, you also keep the protections of your local consumer law, and you may bring claims in your local courts.

13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
